What we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and, if you choose to add them, your company, website, the service you are interested in, a preferred time for a call and your message.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your request and to arrange a call. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.

Where it is stored

Form entries are saved in our content management system and are visible only to people who administer this website. We do not send them to any third party email or CRM service.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is remembered in your own browser storage, and never sent to us.

The home page can show a video. A video file hosted on this website sets no cookies. If the video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, nothing is loaded from them until you press play, and from then on that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy.

How long we keep it

We keep a form entry for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up, and delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email azfar@klaritycreatives.com and we will respond.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
